My husband and I were looking for a place to eat with an overlooking view restaurant in Cagayan de Oro City when suddenly my husband remembered that our friend had told us about a restaurant near ABBAS school. We decided it was worth checking out, so we hopped in the car and headed there. It only took a few minutes to get there, taking Taguanao road, until we spotted the signage pointing towards Cuesta Roccia restaurant – just 500 meters away from the main road and offering a breathtaking view of the Cagayan De Oro City.
Spectacular View
We followed its directions up an uphill road until we came across a gate with a security guard manning an outpost. We asked him for further guidance to the restaurant and got even more surprised when he pointed right ahead of us; you could see the restaurant perched atop one of the hills overlooking Taguanao valley! The view was spectacular!
When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted by friendly staff who showed us around their beautiful place. Then they brought us inside to take our orders. The scenery outside was also lovely; views of the Cagayan River and mountains could be seen from where we sat inside the restaurant! Liquor such as beer, whiskey, and brandy were offered at reasonable prices too—perfect for couples like us who wanted an enjoyable evening out together!
Food
The presentation of the food alone was enough to make us drool—everything looked so delicious! We ordered a quesadilla wrap with a crispy outer layer filled with meat and spices, and a mixed grill with juicy yet tender grilled fish and pork, and shrimp cooked just right… Everything tasted amazing! My husband looked over at me in surprise while I smiled back in satisfaction – this place lived up to its reputation!
Payment Options
At Cuesta Roccia, convenience is key. Not only was their food delicious, but they also had flexible payment options! It made the whole experience more enjoyable for us.
Parking area
No need to worry about space – the parking lot can fit up to 10 vehicles, so you’ll never have trouble finding a spot!
Conclusion
Cuesta Roccia was a fantastic experience! Not only did we love the place, but their food and staff made it a 10/10. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and beyond attentive—genuinely making our dining experience unforgettable.
