My husband and I had been craving street food all day. We both loved the unique flavors of street foods that you could never find anywhere else. After discussing it, my husband suddenly remembered a vendor near us who sold some delicious-looking dishes. Without hesitation, we hopped in our car and drove to the place he had seen – just outside Mcdonalds Masterson Avenue branch. My mouth started watering at all of these tempting treats!
When we arrived, my eyes lit up as I saw a stool selling proven – my favorite Cdo street food! Proben is basically fried chicken-flavored chicken gizzard and it comes with two types of sauces: spicy and not-so-spicy. So naturally, I got myself puso (rice wrapped in coconut leaves) along with a stick of proven dipped in the spicy sauce while my husband followed suit. We both enjoyed our meal so much that before long we decided to order more from the other vendor nearby.

The second vendor had an array of delicious delights such as kwek-kwek, tempura, siomai (beef and Japanese flavors), rice dishes plus homemade sauces (both spicy and mild). To complete our meal,, they also had buko juice and bottled soda (coke, sprite & royal). Needless to say ,my husband &I ordered almost everything the vendor sold – it was all too delicious! While I went for siomai& my husband opted for kwek-kwek .

We ended up having a great time exploring different kinds of street foods on offer here..It made for an enjoyable experience that neither of us will ever forget!
